Ivana and Carol are super nice and help me with any questions/ concerns I have. I will say I just hate waiting for 30 minutes when I made an appointment.

The staff here really cares about your well being. I keep coming back here for the girls who are so kind and caring and because they don’t hound you when you have to make a payment. They are always so polite to me especially when I call back after I got my paycheck to pay my balance they always thank me .
This is a great office. Everyone is friendly and there to help. Dr. Mann is so open and honest.

Where is the 10 star button at Yelp? Cause FPA West Covina needs it!!! I have been with them sense the old location to the new location for 5 years and am allways happy . Great professional staff . Well informed . They are all-ways accommodating to my schedule . If your looking for a clinic to get the family planning information or the right birth control FPA in West Covina is the clinic you need.
I’ve been going to their office for a year now and the times i have gone have always been a great experience! Nobody ever makes me feel uncomfortable or like i can’t talk about my concerns. The staff are very informative & you can tell they enjoy their job (or at least i think the employees I’ve come across do). I would highly recommend this location for any of your needs!
It was nice. I was anxious and ashamed and all the staff even made me feel comfortable and went as slow as I needed it. There wasn’t much wait time either.
