"As we all know, finding a good doctor is hard to come by. And as a woman, finding a great gynecologist is even harder. I have lived in Los Angeles for 10 years now. I have missed my sweet, attentive & caring gynecologist back home in Texas for every single one of those 10 years.  Although, I’ve kept up with my check ups, tried to find the best care provider thru many trials and tribulations, each time I leave feeling rushed, mistreated, and like the doctor did what she/he wanted to do rather than what I asked for or needed. I’ve been ignored, demeaned and made to feel less than human. Ladies, read this carefully... FPA- MISSION HILLS is NOT THAT EXPERIENCE! Since my very first visit at this clinic, I’ve been treated with respect and dignity. The entire staff, from the front desk reception to the lab techs to the OBGyns to the surgeons, have ALL been extremely informative, present, and most of all, gentle with me. Yes, I’ve only been here for 3 visits, but that is a testament to how comfortable I feel at this particular clinic/location. As long as I live in SoCal, this will be my forever choice for women’s health. Please keep in mind that I have Medi-cal insurance and some may say that we don’t have the best coverage at all and we just have to take whatever care is given to us, however it is given to us. Well, I have NEVER felt that way here. I feel like I’ve received top-of-the-line treatment: physically, mentally and emotionally. Again, the all-female staff is probably my favorite thing about this clinic, as they are ALL really dedicated to making women’s health a priority and making sure we leave feeling heard, understood, supported, knowledgeable and SECURE about whatever is going on with our bodies. I’ve never had one person look at me like I didn’t belong or speak to me like I’m a moron. Everyone in the office seems to get along very well and be in good spirits (attitude free)! All insurance accepted! No insurance? No problem! FPA handles everything from yearly women’s wellness exams, to PAP exams, birth control/IUD options, STD screenings, breast exams, abortions and aftercare... they even referred me to therapists in my area that could help me with any emotional traumas I’ve been through. If you care about your female reproductive health or that of a friend or family member... please call this location to make an appointment ASAP. I promise, you will not be disappointed."

"It was my first visit to FPA women’s health in San Bernardino and the experience was phenomenal. Very clean and comfortable atmosphere and the staff is extremely nice. Props to Kristi especially for being the sweetest and most down to earth person. She explained the different birth control methods very well and thoroughly as well as made me feel relatable when she talked about her kids who are around my age. Definitely going to come back here, and I highly recommend anyone who is considering going to go!"

"I would recommend this facility to the world. So I’ve been coming to this facility for over five years and my physician/OB/GYN Miss Mary is so amazing!! My nurse Maria makes me feel so comfortable and she ask questions to make me feel comfortable and understand that she’s here to help me that I’m not just a patient.
