She did my first Pap smear & I didn’t feel a thing. She is soooo knowledgeable, I would more than highly recommend this location to my friends & family :)"

"Prior to this recent visit, I had my IUD birth control inserted at this location. Came for a follow up and the Dr who was checking could not feel or see my iud strings. Apparently she couldn’t find it , because my strings were cut too short, but Iud was still in place. But you can imagine how apprehensive I was to come back again due to that experience, let me add how painful and discomforting it was. But I knew I had to come to remove it, since it was already expired. Let’s just say this last visit was honestly amazing. So grateful I had the staff that helped me that day. The moment I walked in the front office staff were courteous. Then I was greeted by Andrea the Ultrasound Tech. Let’s just say she was so sweet and answered all my questions & concerns. Super patient with my nervous self. I want to definitely recognize PA Alda Shi, she was so comforting. She made my experience a very comfortable and easy one. Nothing like my first visit"

"I’ve been to the Torrance, Downtown, and Santa Monica locations and was happy to know that there was a location closer to my home, Inglewood. I remember Carol from the Santa Monica location and it was nice seeing a familiar face. Usually I can never remember my care coordinator but I remembered Carol. Let me just say, this location had me in and out! I appreciated it because I work Monday-Friday so I have to squeeze in doctor visits. I also want to shoutout Jessica! Not only do I have thin veins but they also roll so I have to use a butterfly needle and usually get pricked multiple times and it’s painful. Jessica, got it on the FIRST try! I’m so grateful. Next time I do bloodwork, I want her to do it! Thank you so much to the ladies at FPA Inglewood! Shoutout to the receptionist and doctor on site last Friday (2/28), too. I didn’t get their names but they were friendly."

"Where is the 10 star button at Yelp? Cause FPA West Covina needs it!!! I have been with them sense the old location to the new location for 5 years and am allways happy . Great professional staff . Well informed . They are all-ways accommodating to my schedule .
